Since then, our business has been ranked as one of the Top 10 Activities in The Garden Route on Viator, and it is happy to be a part of a tiny community that supports progress and success. Knysna Charters prioritises the town's forest, estuary, and look, working with organisations such as SAN Parks, NSRI, MTO, SAYTC, and The Naturally Green Foundation. 

In our 17 years of operating, we always seek to provide you with a deeper experience that may call into question generally accepted priorities, lifestyles, and ideals. We endeavour to leave the smallest possible physical and emotional impact on this wonderful globe. We enjoy seeing you slow down and contemplate, leading to a meditation experience. Connecting with nature is a great approach to looking within and appreciating life and our limited time here for what it is.

Knysna Charters is a family-owned and run business with a team of enthusiastic individuals who have combined our passions for travel, fun, skipping, and wonderful cuisine! We have 4 boats, Pearl, Oyster and Legacy, and The Deep Sea Fishing Boat that sail daily from Knysna throughout the December holidays. We also offer other activities such as our Scootours, Quad Biking and our Kayak & SUP rentals.

As owner operators, we can provide a service that is unique to each customer, as well as the option to customise your own cruises to your specific needs. We are thoroughly familiar with the boats and navigating the waters, and we are ready to make any vital judgements. Our small group cruises are restricted to 36 persons, a capacity of 48 Single and Double Kayaks, SUP's included. Two Scootour Rigs of 12 bikes and 12 ATV 300cc Quad Bikes. 

Our timeslots and availabilty vary throughout the seasons and bookings are essential. We can cater for Large Tour Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams and Workplace Function Groups. We have a wide array of Foods we can prepare and various beverages to provide as well .
