- Tour Description: Our ‘Heads Cruise’ leaves the tranquil setting of Thesen Island Harbour and takes you out onto the main lagoon waterway where we will relax and take a slow cruise towards the Heads. En route we will pass numerous estuarine sandbanks and your skipper, will point out places of interest, birdlife and teach you about all the delights of the Knysna Lagoon and its surroundings.
